Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years experience in integrated marketing campaigns or campaign management
- A mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred, including brand marketing, advertising, and communications.
- Hands-on experience managing Lead Gen and Sales Ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Strong background across offline and online media channels.Digital channels including Programmatic, Social and Search.
- Analytical skills measuring and analyzing data and creating actionable insights
- Experience managing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to maintaining timelines, updating stakeholders, coordinating efforts, balancing short and long-term needs, and delivering results
- Experience in managing agencies and budgets
- Have strong ownership and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done
- Have high judgment, particularly in narrow time frames
- Be able to successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges and deal with ambiguity

Job Description:
- Be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms Facebook and Instagram
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns and display programmatic buys
- Execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
- Monitor and optimize all digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement & overall ROI against KPIs
- Ensure ROAS by continuously optimizing campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B testing (e.g. on creatives, targets, other strategies)
- Educate the organization and develop new tactics to optimize digital marketing efforts
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
- Control all daily, weekly, monthly, event-based, and project-based digital marketing spends, across all digital platforms
- Develop actionable plans to optimize & improve ONEs search engine discoverability and traffic
- Managing Brand Social Media presence on Social Media handles
- Ensure daily execution of SEO strategy & processes
- Constantly strive to find new solutions & tools that can up-level team efficiency & effectiveness

Responsibilities
- Run digital marketing activities for revenue generation, D2C sales
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
- Run paid media campaigns (primarily google & Facebook) to maximize revenue
- Manage all efforts & goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc. Serve as the key strategic lead for traffic & conversion generation
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
- Develop plans for in-depth analysis of performance to drive optimization whilst monitoring key metrics like ROAS & ROI
- Work with the team to institute best execution processes
Skills / Experience
- 2+yrs of relevant experience in Paid advertising, mainly Amazon ads, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Prior experience in E-commerce preferred with a specialization in Marketing
- Experience in handling paid campaign planning, optimization performance
- Understanding of reporting tools like Google Analytics
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
